The National Car Cleaning Company’s managing director, Justin Macal, recently published an article discussing how technology is transforming dealerships and making them more efficient.

What is ValetData?

ValetData is NCC’s fully automated computer management system that makes booking, monitoring and managing our valet service simple. It’s quick and easy to use, taking just seconds to book in a car online – no longer need dealers spend their precious time on the phone trying to arrange for the cleaning of one or two vehicles. With ValetData, a history of every car that’s been cleaned is kept on file so you can see exactly when it had its last clean and specific details of it. Plus, you can select from a range services including a de-sticker, machine polish or full valet to name but a few. This allows you to just select and pay for the exact service(s) you are looking for.

How much does it cost? 

That’s probably the best part – it won’t cost you a penny! Everything is complimentary from initial installation to training, maintenance and on-going support. Plus, National Car Cleaning Company will supply any computers our clients need and install the software for free – all you need is a phone line.

How do I book in a vehicle for valeting?

Creating a new booking for a vehicle is simple. First you enter the last 7 digits of the VIN or registration number. Then select the services that you want from our broad selection. You then add additional information such as the cars made and model, colour and its department. Put in the date and time that this job needs to be completed by and include any additional notes that our valeters might need. You then confirm your booking – it’s that simple!

After that your booking will be added to a list of outstanding jobs where you can edit or cancel the listing. Your order status will change once one of our expert valeters starts working on the vehicle. Once the job has been completed it can be found under the ‘reports’ tab in ‘my orders’. Alternatively, you can create a new ‘day booking’ where you can choose to have a valeter with you for a day. For full information on this, watch our video.
